Re: Fiber Section Discretization
Dear Gronti, I know that but I mean there is no feature to increase the fiber numbers in section edges. For example for large shear wall sections you have to increase a number and software subdivide the section with non-uniform mesh density with triangle fibers through cross section. It is not possi...

Fiber Section Discretization
Hi, It would be better to increase max number of fibers in a section or adding a tool to subdivide section into fibers manually in a symmetric way with rectangular fibers. For example I can not divide the cover part into more fibers to have more gradual cracking or the size and density of fibers in ...

Chang and Mander Concrete Model
Hi,
I think it would be better to add some extra parameters to chang and mander cyclic model to have more control on the behavior. Opensees has extra parameters in ''ConcreteCM'' model which can be used for better calibration.

Pez

Unit of specific weight for steel models
In material properties part, unit of specific weight is stated as kN/m3 for stl_bl and stl_mp. However that unit is N/mm3 for stl_mn. I am not sure but I think the algorithm is organised for N/mm3 and the N/mm3 should be used for stl_bl and stl_mp as well. Any idea?
