<r>Hi,<br/>
I have made a simple model of a 2D moment frame. when running adaptive pushover analysis, it fails to apply loads, while i made a lot of attempt to avoid any mistake in modeling. it seems that the adaptive pushover module doesnt works well (at least for some cases), can you help me to ...

Fema Hinge
Hello,
why seismosoft dosent support FEMA hinges? I know the fema links with the drop of strength can cause numerical problems in dynamic analysis but it is very ok for pushover. will seismosft do something for it?

IDA bug
<t>Hello SeiSmosoft,<br/>
As I heard (and also experienced!) There is a bug in IDA scaling module of seismostruct as it gives wrong results for displacements (and even scaling factors are changed in posproceseoors tables to negatives!). My question is this: can we trust on results of IDA analyses If ...

IDA analysis scaling factors
<t>I have an important question about IDA analysis scaling factors. this problem existes from previous versions until now. in some cases when I perform an IDA analysis for regular frames using some of ground motions records, program gets in touble and gives very overstimated results for some of ...

dear friend
I'm a friend from Iran
I think you should check setting menu > convergance criteria and put a positive number in related box,
actullay this software has many bugs so try another softwares!
even they do not reply you unitl months!
goodbye

concentrated plasticity elements
hello,
In most nonlinear analysis done in journals and... beams and elements is modeled using a elasticelement with two end plastic hinges.
why you havn't inserted this type of elements in this soft?
I khonw there is some alternatives . but what's reason?
