Seismosoft | Earthquake Engineering Solutions

Hi guys
I used seismomatch version V.2.1.0, at moment I try to install the version V2.1.2, the PC send a message "Error 1316 Anetwork error ocurred while attemting to readind form file C:\\...\seismomatch_v2.1.0.msi".

Someone could help me about this trouble. Thank in advance for your answer,regards
