Dear Huffte
we expect that some records show constant displacement in time history, but I dont see that in the displacement TH from the results. ( I dont allow the software to do baseline correction. I have got the records from PEER database like Chi-Chi event, station: TCU052.) Thanks

fling effect
HI
I used a record with Fling effect in the SeismoSignal, but in the displacement history the fling effect does not exist. What should I do, pleas?
Thanks.

Re: frequency interval in fourier and power spectra
Hi
Thanks for reply
I mean in table of fourier A. can I tell the software the interval of period or frequency to present in table?

frequency interval in fourier and power spectra
hi
I imported 2 records separately, in the fourier and power spectra table, the frequency interval is not identical. I want to get average of them in Excel. The frequency interval should be identical to do that. what should I do? thanks

find the dominant period
hi
I want to find the dominant period of a base shear time history.
1- when the logarithmic scale is chosen for the horizontal axes, there are 2 distinct pick in the Fourier Amplitude (we know the frequency pertaining to the pick is the dominant frequency), but when i use ordinary scale there are a ...

Fourier Amplitude of Base Shear
Hi
Does Seimosignal work only for ground acceleration as input to calculate Fourier Amplitude?
I want to get "Fourier Amplitude of Base Shear". should I use the time history of base shear (obtained from my structural model) as input? what about the units? thanks.
