Monti Nuti steel model - buckling

Dear all,

I'm using the monti-nuti model implemented in SeismoStruct to reproduce the experimental behaviour of a r.c. element. I have noticed that, with respect to version 5, version 7 of the program does not allow to input geometric parameters necessary to compute the rebar slenderness ...

Re: Seismostruct v7.0.6 & Windows10

Thanks for the advice. I have re-installed the software that seems to work properly now.
Best regards

Seismostruct v7.0.6 % Windows10

Hi to everyone

I have "correctly" installed the latest version of the software but I'm not able to launch the program. In particular, from the task manager I can see SeismoStruct working in background but it does not appear among the running applications. On the contrary, SeimoBatch opens corrently ...

Re: Fully coupled stiffness, damping and mass matrices

<t>Thank you Antonio for your reply. I have already used the tecnique you suggest but unfortunately, for the approximation of dynamic soil-foundation behaviour characterised by two or more peaks of resonances, I didn't find it so versatile.<br/>

Thanks also for information about future release ...

Fully coupled stiffness, damping and mass matrices

<t>Dear Seismosoft,<br/>
in order to simulate the frequency dependent compliance of soil-foundation systems in time-domain soil-structure interaction analysis, I need the definition of fully coupled stiffness, damping and mass matrices. Until now, I have used LPMs with diagonal stiffness, damping ...
