I use adaptive pushover & obtain capacity curve of concrete frame but I can't calculate yield force of this frame,How can I do it?
Is this correct if steel in any section reach to its yield strain we encounter yield force of frame & I use performance criteria to do this

Yours is obviously not a SeismoStruct modelling question, but rather a general query on earthquake engineering (not necessarily with a widely accepted singe answer), and we would thus suggest you to consult the many publications (and also design codes) that discuss such issue, by paying a visit to your local library and/or searching the web.
