RC section reinforcing pattern

Dear Seismosoft,
When defining a reinforced concrete rectangular section (rcrs)there is the option to 'Edit reinforcement pattern', which allows the user to define a simple pattern of reinforcing. The centre of all reinforcing bars are located on the margin between core and cover concrete.
This is incorrect as the core area is defined by the centre lines of the hoops (this in reference specifically to the Mander et al. [1988] model "Ac=area of core of section enclosed by the center lines of the perimeter spiral or hoop"). The centre of the bars should in fact be located half a bar diameter plus half a hoop diameter in from the margin of the core and cover concrete.
Is this something that could be amended for future versions?
I apologise if I have overlooked something or missed a previous post on the topic.
Kind regards,
Matt Fox.
