Comparing pushover and time history

Hi everybody,
I'd like to compare the pushover analysis and the dynamic time history analysis on the same model, a 2D concrete frame. Results are similar when I model a one-bay frame, but if I add more bays I can still find similar values only on chord rotations while shear values are very different. In addition to this, I find greater values (almost double) with the dynamic time history instead of the pushover analysis. The model is the same, so masses and sections don't change. Modeling the same frame with another program and running a dynamic modal analysis results can be compared with the time history analysis. Can someone help me? Is it ok to have such a great difference in shear values?
Thank you so much.
Best regards,
Marcello
