I need to calculate mass of structure, can seismostruct calculate its mass & mass of each story(& how)?
another question is: can seismostruct calculate directly any damage-index(e.g. Park & Ang or (Bertero & bozorgnia preferably ) like IDARC software)??

1) you may readily find plenty of guidance on mass computation in: Help System, User Manual, this Forum
2) no, SeismoStruct does not automatically calculate damage-indexes

There is no automated way in SeismoStruct to calculate damage indices.
You will need to apply by hand the relevant methodologies found in the literature.
