Error message in processor

Hi, i've got the following message when I run the processor "Access violation at adress 00403986 in module 'seismoStruct.exe'. Write of address 7C432000."
I've got this error in each analysis method and even when i use the wizard.
Is it because of a try out version?

Hi,
This is an unknown problem to us, which does however seem to be somehow related to your system. We suggest you try installing the program in another computer and, if the error does not occur (as we suspect it won't), then investigate what is it in your system that is different (and which thus might be causing the problem).
Obviously as a first alternative you might want to try uninstalling the software, reboot the machine, manually delete the previous installation folder, and re-install. We are not very confident this will work, considering the characteristics of your error, but you might want to give it a try in any case.
