Seismosoft | Earthquake Engineering Solutions

Hi,
I am working on my thesis at Cairo university and using SeismoStruct program. I am trying to activate the academic license but I could not though I have a valid academic e-mail address.
I have sent an e-mail with my request to:
licensing@seismosoft.com
But I got no response. Could u kindly help me with this?

We have repeatedly tried to send you the academic license, but the email bounced back every time. We will now resend it using the (different) email address with which you have registered in this Forum.
