Static time-history analysis - force based

We have a unit scaling problem when trying to apply cyclic force load to the single frame at his top. We had to divide our values with 1000 to start the calculations i.e. load factor curve is thus decreased. The curve multyplier doesnt help, since to analysis fails at early stage then. This doesnt allow us to model actual behaviour. Real units should be kN, but in our case they were Newtons i.e. because of the computations. Since the response shoulh be non-linear i doubt that we should just multiply the response with 1000 at the end. Can you help us on how to model the actual cyclic load? We can send you the model if neccessary.

Thank you!

Davorin,

You should obviously define the reinforcement in your reinforced concrete members.

Through reinforcement pattern in section tab I had define it. I had mistaken when I was applying the material. It is working quit well now. Thank you very much!

Kind regards
