how should i define rigid beam correctly above of concrete shear wall in seismostruct? i not sure but i think i should use link element ,should not i?

could you give me a favor and send me a simple sample file for this reason , because i have confused with working with link element specially in defining nodes for link element . i know we need 4 node for a link element but i do not know how should connect these nodes above of shear wall for reaching rigid beam .

You will find plenty of discussions on wall modelling in this Forum (do a search on "wall modelling" or "shear wall"), as well as references to technical publications on the topic (e.g. see http://www.seismosoft.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=92).

We can in any case note that, in the current version of SeismoStruct, you can model a rigid beam using an 'elfrm' element with large stiffness values (typically 250-1000 times stiffer than their adjacent elements) or using a 'rigid link' constraint. No need, therefore, to use 'link' elements.
