Using the software for commercial applications

Can SeismoArtif be employed in commercial applications?
As stated in the License Agreement and in our website (http://www.seismosoft.com/en/Download.aspx), the commercial use of the software requires the acquisition of a specific license from http://www.seismosoft.com/en/Purchase.aspx.
Academic/research employment, on the other hand, may be carried out completely free of charge.
