I want to model the steel moment frame with X brace.
How i can define the real plastic hinge fore X brace?
How i can define the plastic hinge fore beam's and column's?
How i can define the dead and live load?
I want run the adaptive pushover analysis.
How i can define moment-rotation diagram fore plastic hinge and analyze the structure fore gain the performance?

samo112, I'll suggest taking a look at the Help System. You could do a search on 'plastic hinge' from within SeismoStruct Help.

Either the "inelastic plastic hinge frame element" or a "link" type element should meet your needs hopefully.

Creating a file from the wizard might be a good way to learn about model properties, loads, etc. . .
