Target Displacement

Hello,
Altoguh I can run a static pushover analysis of simple model and see the code check results , I see the "target displacemnt" values as "Zero (0)".
In fact, I defined and/or assigned all parameters and their values for TBDY (Turkish Code)" under "target displacement"-related menu . Furthermore, I define also the other parameters under "Code-Based Checks".
what must I do in order to see "Target Displacement Value" as a different from "zero (0)" on the figure under "Target Displacement" menu.
