I registered in order to get the academic license, but i have not received an email with the license. It has been roughly 2 weeks. If could get the license, that would be much appreciated.

Dear Mobtuse,

The Licensing Department has informed me that they received your request on April 30th and subsequently sent you the requested academic license key on May 2nd. They also confirmed that no prior request was received from you before that date.

Could you please confirm that you had received the requested license key?
