The software can be run, loaded, post-processed, and can realize data extraction, but the 3D model cannot be seen. How can I solve this?

Please download the current version of SeismoStruct v2024, available in Seismosoft's webpage, and check if you face the same problem.

I downloaded and installed the latest trial version of seismostruct2024 from the official website, and uninstalled the previous version, but the following problem still occurred: Access violation at address 0000000013810 CA in module'Seismostruct.exe'.
