Relationship between CFRP laminates and Fibers

Hello,

In FRP strengthening section, it says "only laminate FRP sheet properties are available". So for example, if we consider SikaWrap Hex 230C material, the thickness of the single ply is about 0.11 mm. However, the laminate thickness in SeismoStruct is about 0.38 mm. So for column wrapping, if I select one laminate, does it indicate that 3 layers of the standard wrap are being used?

Thank you.

The cured laminate properties of an FRP fabric are the one with the combined material (FRP fabric)+(epoxy resin). The fiber properties are the ones for the FRP fabric alone. Some manufacturers provide the details of the former, some provide the latter and some provide both. This is what we have included in SeismoBuild.
