Pushover analysis-material sets

Greetings,
Let's say I want to conduct some kind of nonlinear analysis, for example a pushover analysis on a hypothetical RC frame, where my only output of interest is the pushover curve (and not conducting the code-based checks). Let's say the constituent materials are C20/25 and S500. In the section where I define the constituent materials as new materials, should I modify the compressive strength of the concrete to 25 MPa and the yield strength of the steel to 500 MPa, instead of using the default mean strength values?
Kind regards
