cracked RC section?

how can i consider the reduction of I due to cracking? like the column become 0.7I and beam 0.35I?thx
If you are using SeismoStruct's fibre beam-column elements, then cracking is already implicitly accounted for, without a need for empirical reduction of the section's gross inertia.
Do read the Help System, and do search this Forum for the word "crack", for further guidance.
