Hello,
I would like to know how can I insert additional mass into the building modeler. The most correct way to do it is by putting permanent loads in columns, but I cannot find this setting. If I add the load on slabs the building cannot take the applied load and run the pushover analysis. What should I do?

You may add additional loads in Slab elements and in Beams. Please check the units and if the applied value is the correct one. You may also read the List of SeismoBuild Convergence and Divergence Flags and the Tips to Solve Convergence Problems in SeismoBuild's User Manual and Help System.
