Hello
Is there a study or seismostruct verification that uses a modeling technique (possibly using a 'link element') to model the bond-slip of plain bars occurring at the foundation of a RC wall?

Unfortunately, we are not aware of such a study.

Can you suggest a link element that would be suitable for such an application? There is the takeda model that is given in the verification report on beam-column joints.

There are dozens of response curves in SeismoStruct that can be used with the nonlinear link element. You can refer to the users Manual for a detailed description of them, their input parameters and their hysteretic rules.
Takeda is one of the simplest and most versatile curves and can be used to model the effects of the bond-slip on the cross-section.
