When i open the programme the following message appears: Access violation at address 013B12B7 in module ‘SeismoStruct.exe’. Read of address 0B011000.

I'm new to the programme so unsure what this means? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Please download SeismoStruct from Seismosoft's official website and install it again.
