Hello, I am writing a thesis about the importance of walls in structural design. I am conducting my analyses using Seismostruct program. I am using the structure wizard in the program to design the structure. I have read the Seismo help menu regarding wall design. However, there were some parts that I could not understand. That is, how can we determine the mechanical properties of a masonry wall, such as its elastic modulus, using only information such as brick dimensions, compressive strength, and mortar strength?So I can’t understand. "If there is a simple example, article, or thesis that I can understand this issue, could you recommend it?"
