in seismostruct when i run, it shows me this note, what does it mean.

What should I do whith this note, if i click yes does this have an effect on the results.

It is simply a warning that the output file is going to be extremely large, almost 1GB, if you continue. Provided you have ample available space, there would be no problem with proceeding. Alternatively, and to save space, you could reduce the output selectively.
