Hello seismostruct users
I am willing to study the effect of using shape memory alloys springs in the base isolation system.
I found that the best way to do so is by defining the element links. However reading the help guide of seismostruct, I think that the best way for my case is Elastomeric Bearing Element (Bouc Wen), am I guessing right?
If yes, how can I define SMA springs in it?

In the link element you can apply any curve type in any of the 6 DOFs (3 translations and 3 rotational). However, I am not sure which curve type is more appropriate for the SMA springs.
