Variation in Displacement response after time history analysis of RC building

Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm a research student. I am facing a difference in the displacement response after carrying out time history analysis of an RC building isolated with elastomeric bearings in SeismoStruct 2021. The analysis is getting completed and there are no convergence issues in the time history analysis, but it's showing non convergence for permanent loading at time step 0.00. The displacement time history response is not starting at zero, it is showing some initial values at time step 0.00. however, the displacement response is getting reduced. Without using Isolator, the displacements results are obtained accurately. At time step 0.00, the displacement is supposed to be zero, but it's giving different values.
Please help me to solve this issue. I will share my analysis file if required.

Thanks,

We cannot understand what you mean with "there are no convergence issues in the time history analysis, but it's showing non convergence for permanent loading at time step 0.00". Since you are able to run the time-history, this should mean that the analysis does converge for the permanent loading.
Secondly, the response at t=0.00 sec is the response after the initial loads are applied. Hence, it is not strange that you get displacements different than zero
