Hello Seismosoft,

I am currently using seismostruct 2022 commercial license.

I am having some problems with the building modeller. It doesn't show the elements I am creating (columns, beams, etc). So I put the elements and nothing happens but I know they are there because when I click to view storey 3D model they appear. It only happens after uploading a DXF file, so if I just start a model from scrath without backgroud the elements appear normally.

I am storing the dxf in my computer and not in the companies server.

Anyone have any idea how to correct this?

We are not able to reproduce the reported error. Could you please send an email, through your email address you used during your acquisition, to support@seismosoft.com with the dxf file and the project that the columns are not visible but appear in the View storey 3D?

Just for the record, I got the axes of my DXF rotated with UCS command that was the cause of the problem.
