link modelling

I have a problem when using the link modelling to model a vertical shear link having two springs( one rotational and one translational).
The program asks about the six degrees of freedom (F1,F2,F3,M1,M2,M3). In my case I put the values of the stiffness of F1,F2,M1,M3 big values and used the linear symmetric type, and I used the bilinear kinematic type in case of F3,M2 beacause it is close to the hysteretic behavior of the shear link.
The problem is that the program doesn't consider the shear link even using any type ( bilinear kinematic or any other type) and even using any parameters( I tried to put a very small value to the stiffness and then putting a very big value, THE SAME RESULTS.
So what's the problem ?
