I would like to ask if it is possible to extract the story drift values per floor within Seismostruct, possibly in a higher accuracy value (more than 5 decimals)? If yes, where can I do this?

AFAIR you go to Post-processor then global response parameters then structural displacements. There you can specify the point you need and it's reference point to calculate the relative displacement.
