Generic Hysteretic Model - hyst_mat - background document

Hello, I would like to know if there is a background document for the Generic Hysteretic Model (hyst_mat) material. I would like to know how the different input parameters are used in the calculated local response of this material.

You can find the description of the input parameters of the curve in the corresponding Annex of the User's Manual, form which you will probably you will get a good understanding of the curve. Other than that, you can better understand the role of each parameter, by changing them in the Materials module and chekcing the change in the reponse on the sample plot.
