I would like to ask you in a pushover analysis in the results where can I find the horizontal displacement of a column? Also, I want to add a link element with initial lenght 2cm. How can I do that?

You may check the nodal displacements available in Global Response Parameters> Structural Displacements of the post-processor.
In SeismoStruct, you need two initially coincident nodes in order to apply the link elements, and there isn't any option for assigning initial length in link elements.
