Is there an option to input RC jacketed no psuedo-column wall sections. Currently, the jacketed sections are only for columns and beams.
Can the RC jacketed rectangular column section be adopted for the walls also?

Considering that the confinement of the jacketed section comes mainly from the dense reinforcement of the jacket, it is a good approximation to ignore the pseudo-columns of the existing section. Hence, you could use the jacketed RC rectangular section.
