Code used for typical values

In the performance criteria section, for different criterias like cracking, spalling, crushing of core concrete, yielding of steel and fracture of steel, we are given some typical values in the SeismoStruct manual. On the basis of which code, are these values taken?

Dear rajdeepsaharia,
The typical values in the performance criteria are based to the typical mechanical properties of the materials and not to a specific code.
