Problems with Dynamic Time-History Analysis

Dear Seismostruct,
I am encountering some problems with the dynamic analysis. My model consists of a spatial system of rigid elements connected by means of hysteretic links. All the static analysis give good results, but when I apply a dynamic load at the base of the building my analyses give back unacceptable results.
I am applying the time-history at the base supports. What is wrong with my model? May I send you the file of my structural model? May you send me some examples of DTH analysis of frames with hysteretic link? my email is massimo.latour@gmail.com.
