Hi Seimosoft,

Does Seismostruct consider pounding effect? Because when I try to run my time history load my model stops at 20 seconds, does it mean that there is no need for link gap elements?

Not sure what you mean that the analysis stops at 20 sec. Can it be a convergence problme.
In any case the pounding effect in SeismoStruct can be modelled with the gap_hk response curve.
