Is it possible to model non-structural elements, i.e. pipe hangers, hospital beds, overhead watertanks, in order to know it's contribution to the amplification factor of acceleration?

You may assign the additional loads for non-structural elements as nodal/element distributed loads or as lumped/distributed masses.
