Chord rotation capacity

Hello!!!
I calculated chord rotation yielding and chord rotation capacity by hand. After i took some graduates works where students account chord rotation yielding and chord rotation capacity by hand and simulated it in Seismostruct.
All together we have the same numbers in chord rotation yielding, the program have the same numbers.
But in chord rotation capacity the program have always bigger number near the 15%.

Can you say me please why we have this diffence in numbers?
