Hi,
The user manual states that 'If users wish their infills to resist gravity loads, then they should define the latter as non-initial loads.' May I ask how could I set the gravity loads to be non-initial loads? I can't find this setting under the Aapplied Loads tab...

The initial loads are the ones applied at the beginning of the analysis before the application of the main loading (incremental loads in pushover analysis or dynamic loads time-history loads in dynamic analysis). The point of the text is that the initial loads are resisted by the frame members but not by the infills, which are normally constructed after the construction of the upper beams and slabs (hence their loads are not transfered to the infills).
Infills are not intended to support gravity loading. If you wish to have a wall that carried the gravity loads, you might want to consider the masonry element.
