Seismosoft | Earthquake Engineering Solutions

My operating system is windows vista , I installed the seismostruct program and when i`m trying to open it a pop-up window appeared saying windows cannot open the path ,you may not have appropriate permisions to access.
So what does this mean and how can i deal with it.

Have you not tried the steps described in the other post regarding installation in Windows Vista?
