I think that the Composite rectangular section (crs) is what you are looking for.

Hello ctjzhou,
One thing that you could do is to superimpose two sections from SeismoStruct's section library. This can be done by using two elements with the two sections and either using the same nodes at the elements ends or by connecting the edges of the elements only with rigid links.
