Hello,I have a structure consisting of several areas of overlap. Each element beam and pillar is divided into 4 sections. To model the deck I want to use the rigid links. Once calculated the center of gravity of the masses (master node) I have to combine with the nodes of the side beams or with all nodes of all external and internal beams.

If I understand your situation, I believe you will have to slave all of the nodes in the plane under consideration to the master center of gravity node. However, to model the in-plane diaphragm behavior, you may also need to limit the degrees of freedom slaved (that is, you may want to leave the out of plane dof un-slaved in your rigid link specification).
