I think there is an issue with performance criteria error display. I have set a performance criteria at 0.0015 concrete strain, and one of the elements in the visual display keeps appearing as if it's reached that limit, but upon checking at the performance criteria checks, I can see that it's actually at 0.0006 strain demand. How can I fix this error?

This is not reasonable.
Can you please send the input file at support@seismosoft.com, so that we check what the problem is?

Please check it at output no.1 , at 0 load factor. the slight damage limit has been reached according to the visualization for element B11_2, but when I go to check the values, the demand is actually less than 0.0015 for element B11_2 (0.0006)

Where do you check the value? The slight damage performance criterion is a strain-based criterion, but you are not outputting strains in your model.
Note also that in the Performance Criteria tables the same value (i.e. 0.00154531) is given.

Dear Ralazem,

If you go to the Post Processor and select Performance Criteria Checks>Performance Criteria Checks Per Step, 'Slightdamage' criterion name and Output No.1, you will see that the demand for B11-2 Sec(b) is 0,00154531. Please note that in the Performance criteria log informs you that the Sec(b) of B11_2 reaches the performance criterion limit.
