How can we model diagonal pre-stressed bracing in seismostruct?

Only indirectly.
Since SeismoStruct does not have inherent prestressing modelling capabilities, one could model prestressing in an element by applying two axial compressive forces along the axis of the member.

If the braces are diagonal, how can I apply the forces diagonally?

You can analyse the force in the two X+Z directions.
