How could I configure the IDA analysis parameters to avoid exceeding 2 GB of the maximum file size ?, because I am only interested in obtaining the dynamic pushover curve.

You could select which results to output in the Output tab of the pre-processor. By deselecting for instance the elements you can reduce significantly the results file. Furthermore, you could delete the code-based checks and the perofrmance criteria (if you have defined any).
