Modelling beams with variable section

How could modelling beam witn variable section?, for example a beam in start point have 0.6 m (depht) and finish point have 0.2 m (depht), keep width constant.

You should use multiple beam elements with varied depth, i.e. divide the beam element to more elements with different dimensions, in order to model the whole member.
