As I am trying to model the load path discontinous RC frame structure (floating columns) supported on the projected beams..In 3D render model,the connection between the beam and column doesnot look correct as it have to be,only half of the column is supported in the beam. However, it doesnot show error in "verify connectivity"

Could it be that you input the column with eccentricity in the Building Modeler? Note that the Building Modeler automatically creates rigid links between the supported column and the supporting beams. you could check this if you choose in the 3D display to see the elements as lines.
