Is their a way that Seismobuild can check the strain limits of Columns or Walls as required by ASCE 41 Section 10.3.3.1
There are strains limits for concrete and also for the reinforcing bars.

Unfortunately, this is not possible to do with SeismoBuild v2018, however it is in out to-do list for future releases.
Instead, SeismoStruct v2018 is capable of checking the members strains for both concrete and reinforcement by setting strain-based performance criteria.
