I find that the number of the left-right or the top-bottom rebars can't be set as 1 (change red color) I don't know why has the limitation. Thank you very much!

We felt that it was not justified to go through the effort (and complication) of coding a reinforcement pattern consisting of a single rebar.

In such cases, the user may simply and readily introduce manually the rebar (using the 'Additional Rebars' option).

Such limitation is justified, since the rebars for 'top-bottom' are defined as pairs, i.e. one at the top and one at the bottom of the section. This arrangement keeps the simplicity of the input, while it covers 99% of the cases (symmteric reinforcement of columns).
